Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Pellet Log keeps everything you enter on your phone only. No account, no ads, no tracking. The app goes online only for the weather and for the map when you pick a place.

What this covers

This policy describes how the Pellet Log Android app (package com.pelletlogapp) and the pelletlog.app website handle your data.

Pellet Log is developed by Svetoslav Bahchevanov, who is responsible for the data described here. Contact: support@pelletlog.app.

What stays on your phone

Your records stay in a database on the phone itself: fills, deliveries, prices, suppliers, pellet types, thermostats, interruptions, settings and the place used for the weather forecast. We don't send them anywhere, and we have no server that collects them.

If you photograph a delivery document or pick a photo from the gallery, it stays on the phone too.

What goes online

As with any internet connection, these services see your phone's IP address. The app sends them nothing else: not your records, not device data. Each has its own privacy policy.

Diagnostics and emails to us

The app does not send error reports on its own. If something goes wrong, you can send diagnostics from Settings → Logs. They contain the app log (events and errors), the app version, phone model, Android version and language. The database with your records is added only if you turn that option on yourself. You send it with your own email app to logs.feedback@pelletlog.app, or share it wherever you choose.

We use emails to support@pelletlog.app and diagnostics only to reply to you and fix the problem. We don't pass them on to anyone.

The website

pelletlog.app has no cookies or ads, and its fonts are served from the site itself. For anonymous statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics: number of visits, which pages are viewed, from which country and on what device and browser. It uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser (localStorage) and not sent anywhere. The host (Cloudflare Pages) processes the technical data of each request, such as the IP address, to deliver the page.

Deleting your data

Settings → Data → “Delete all data” deletes your records. One copy stays on the phone so you can bring them back with “Revert previous”. Uninstalling the app removes everything from the phone. The copy in your Google account is controlled by your Google settings.

Changes

If something changes, such as a new service the app connects to, we will update this page and the date at the top.
